Orders
We are more than happy to add to your order if it hasn't already been dispatched. Please contact us with the item(s) you'd like to add (brand, product name and size) and we will manually add it to your order and email across a link to pay.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of being placed. Unfortunately we can not change or cancel your order once it has been dispatched. To avoid having to change/cancel your order please ensure that all order details are correct before completion.
After placing an order you should receive two emails: one is an order confirmation to let you know we've received your order and the other is to give you a heads up that your order is on its way.
If you haven't received these emails please double-check your Spam folder.
If your emails aren't in your junk mail then you may have incorrectly entered your email address. If you think this is the case simply send an email to info@tinymodels.co.uk letting us know and we will resolve the issue for you.
Payment
We accept most traditional payment methods including Paypal, Visa, American Express, Mastercard and all major card payments.
First we would recommend double checking that all the information you've entered is correct, otherwise you will need to contact your bank or card issuer for further assistance.
For security reasons we don't have access to any payment details or further information on declined transactions, or have any influence over the authorisation process.
Payment is not taken by us when your card is declined, although it may temporarily show on your bank statement. This is because your bank 'releases' the funds but we have not 'captured' them. This process is automatically reversed but the time taken will depend on your bank or card issuer.
This is to help prevent fraudulent transactions. If an order is flagged on our system we will require some form of photographic identification or your proof of address, but please be assured all information received is secure and completely confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.
If you'd prefer not to provide this information, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order as we see fit.
Shipping
Yes. We ship anywhere in the world (with very few remote exceptions).
Please allow at least 1-2 working days for processing and dispatch.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Please note: Weekends are not working days. If you place an order on a Friday after Midday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will most likely not be shipped until Monday morning.
Your shipping confirmation will be emailed automatically when we mark your order as dispatched. Check your spam folder if your confirmation hasn't arrived to your inbox. If you think you may have entered your email address incorrectly, please contact us to fix it.

This is something that depends on your country's import regulations. You'll need to check with your local customs authorities before placing your order.
Your parcel will be clearly marked with its contents along with the parcel value, legally required.
Please note, the buyer is responsible for the payment of any customs fees.

Tracking
You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
We have access to the same tracking information that you do - we are not affiliated with any postal companies and are not able to access their systems.
If you have any worries or concerns about delivery, we would recommend contacting your postal service directly for assistance.
Promotional Codes
Discount codes are a special treat to our community of loyal customers. To receive discount codes, subscribe to our email newsletter and follow us on social media.
Special codes are entered on the right hand side on the checkout page. Please review your new order total before you continue with your payment method.
On some mobile devices, you need to navigate to the checkout page and click the "Show order summary / Apply discount code" dropdown at the top of the page.
Possible reasons:
Discount has expired..
Discount is not valid on the items in your cart.
Discount is not valid on sale items.
Discount can not be combined with other discounts.
We also reserve the right to invalidate any discounts or offers at any time and for any reason, without warning.
Discounts cannot be added to a confirmed order - so let us know before confirming your payment if there is an issue with your code.
Promotional codes cannot be applied to existing orders. All discount codes must be applied whilst checking out.
Returns
You are more than welcome to return your full-priced items within 14 days of delivery date. Please find our full returns policy here.
We do not process exchanges. You can return your items and order the required one.
Yes. Your right to return an item is exactly the same regardless of whether you bought it with a gift card, a payment card, or a combination of the two.
If you paid for your whole order with a gift card, then the refund will be credited back to your original gift card.
If you paid with a combination of a gift card and another payment method, we'll refund the gift card first and then the remaining amount will be refunded back to your other payment method.
Please remember: Your replacement gift card will have the same expiry date as your original gift card.

Please email us at info@tinymodels.co.uk with your order number, and attach a photo of any damage within 10 days of purchase so we can assist as soon as possible.
All items reported as faulty will be inspected by us upon arrival. Please bear in mind that items showing defects deemed to be due to accidental damage, general wear and tear, age or neglect will not be regarded as faulty.
After 10 days have passed your order is deemed as accepted and we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
All orders are carefully checked before packing but sometimes mistakes do happen. Don't worry, we're here to help!
Please contact us immediately, making sure you include your order number and a quick photo of the incorrect item. We will send you a replacement, or, if not possible, a refund will be issued
UK orders have free returns - with a return label in your parcel.
International orders - Must pay for their full return postage. Please make sure you use a reliable tracked service.
Tiny Models does not accept liability for items lost when returned to us.
Please label your parcel ‘returned unwanted GB merchandise’ to avoid extra duty charges.
Your item/s must be in the same condition that you have received it, unworn and unused, with tags and its original packaging (including hangers). You’ll also need the packing slip that accompanied your order.
Package your item/s carefully, in its original packaging.
Please allow 7-10 working days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as a refund is issued.
We aim to process all returns within 7-10 working days of arrival. Please leave extra time during peak seasons.
Refunds may take up to 5 working days to show on your bank statement, depending on bank or card issuer.
Gift Cards
Yes, we do. You can purchase a virtual gift card online here. This will be sent directly to the recipient via email.
We do not currently sell physical gift cards.
Purchased gift cards are valid for 6 Months from the date of issue. Gift cards cannot be extended or reinstated once they have expired.
